We are looking for new colleagues who will have specialist areas focusing on occupational health and safety, and IT/system tools within HR.
We are now on a journey to create a state-of-the-art HR department with the latest digital tools. This involves several interesting development projects that are underway and more to come - all to facilitate the work of managers and employees.

The HR department consists of HR and Payroll. Within the department, we have a total of 20 employees and we belong to the Leadership and Coordination sector.

Who we are looking for
At the Leadership and Coordination sector, we are looking for you who are curious about how things fit together, take responsibility, and contribute to our common mission.
As an HR Consultant with us you are offered a varied assignment where you work both operationally and strategically with business-related personnel issues. The tasks are broad and you work consultatively to develop and support leaders in the operations. Each HR Consultant is the main contact person for managers within one or several business areas. In your assignment, you will also participate in and drive strategic development work within the entire HR area together with your HR colleagues, as well as design and implement training initiatives.
You are expected to be able to drive your cases independently while having good support from others in the unit as well as the Payroll Manager/HR Manager. The unit is characterized by close and flat collaboration, and HR Consultants meet weekly to discuss ongoing cases - an important factor for collegial support, knowledge transfer, and development within the group.
In the role of HR Consultant, you are also expected to develop processes and working methods within your specialist area, e.g., responsible for annual follow-up of SAM (Systematic Work Environment Management) and implementation of new systems.
Requirements for the role
- Degree in Personnel Management or equivalent education that the employer finds relevant.
- Experience of working in a similar role within broadly qualified HR work.
- Experience of working qualified within occupational health and safety or system issues.
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
- High digital maturity.

- Worked in a municipality or region.
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and secure. You have good communication skills, are flat-hierarchical, and have high integrity, easily creating trust among both leaders and employees. You have a high degree of self-leadership, are proactive, and are not afraid to ask for help when needed.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Commencement according to agreement. Probation period may apply.
