Consensus is one of the largest competence consulting firms in the Region of Örebro and has had an office in Stockholm since 2019. We operate within three business areas: Recruitment, Consulting, and Education, meaning we can support our clients with virtually all their competence challenges.

We want to continue growing and adding value to our customers. Right now, we need to expand our team with a Headhunter for our Stockholm office.

About the role

You will help people find their dream jobs while simultaneously helping organizations find the competence that makes a difference. Can it get any better?

As a Headhunter, you will be part of the competence supply team, with your home base within the consulting business. Your closest colleagues will be consulting managers, headhunters, and recruitment consultants.

At Consensus, you are responsible for identifying and attracting specialists and managers to both large, international companies and small, expanding firms. You actively network, primarily within the industrial sector, and proactively maintain contact with individuals who may be potential candidates. We distribute activities among ourselves, and your main responsibility and focus is to ensure that we find and attract the right candidates to our processes and that we offer the best candidate experience on the market.

Examples of tasks include:

  • Search work – Identify, contact, and build relationships with candidates.
  • Interviews – Conduct interviews with candidates via phone, in person, and digitally.
  • Advertising – Creating and placing ads in relevant media with strategic decisions regarding direction and distribution.
  • Client dialogue – Presentation of candidates, ongoing reporting, as well as business analysis and requirement profile meetings.
  • Proactive processing – Keep an eye on the candidate market to ensure we have good candidates in our network for future needs.

Who are you?

In the recruitment process, we will focus primarily on your personal qualities. We believe you are ambitious, results-oriented, have good rhetorical skills, and are motivated by building new relationships. It is also important that you have a humble attitude towards adopting new ways of working and understanding our clients' various businesses. As a Headhunter with us, we consider it an advantage if you have post-secondary education and experience in a job with many social contacts.

Start date is by agreement, but we hope you can start after the summer to be more independent in the role by autumn.
