As a Business Controller for Supply Chain, you will play a key role in developing and streamlining processes together with the operations team, while driving financial monitoring and analysis. Department Description

You will be part of a controlling team within the finance function, reporting to the Head of Controller for Supply Chain. You will collaborate closely across the entire supply chain function and work cross-functionally with the commercial organization. The position is based in Grängesberg or Stockholm. This role is central to securing and improving profitability and efficiency throughout the supply chain, from supplier to customer distribution.

Job Description

As a Business Controller for Supply Chain, you will:

• Support forecasting and budgeting processes for the entire supply chain.
• Be responsible for monthly investment monitoring in collaboration with the supply chain project organization.
• Prepare monthly closing and associated reporting for the entire supply chain.
• Develop and streamline work processes with a focus on data collection, analysis, and visualization in collaboration with the controlling team and operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and propose improvements related to profitability, costs, and variances in the supply chain.
• Support Product Costers in their ongoing costing work.
• Ensure financial input and actively contribute to current improvement areas and projects.

Requirements and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who has:

• An academic degree in economics or industrial economics.
• A few years of experience in controlling or similar fields.
• Strong IT skills and a data-driven approach. You are familiar with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
• A valid driver's license (Category B) and the ability to travel between our production sites and headquarters.

Meritorious:

• Experience with M3, Cognos, and structured improvement work.

As a person, you are business-minded and analytical, with the ability to work both operationally, tactically, and strategically. You have a structured approach to work and thrive in cross-departmental collaboration. Your ability to communicate and visualize data makes you a valued team player.
