We are looking for a Business Expert for the Legal Department's secretariat in Sundbyberg, Norrköping, or Malmö. Here, you will work with current societal issues influenced by developments in our surrounding world. Issues that touch and engage. The Secretariat's Mission

At the Legal Department's secretariat, two administrative case handlers and one lawyer work. The secretariat works, among other things, with the department's preparations, planning, coordination of and participation in assignments, and follow-up. The secretariat is also responsible for the department's group mailbox.

The secretariat's mission will be expanded, and you will be part of this development work.

What does a Business Expert do?

As a Business Expert, you will have an important role in participating in change and development work within the secretariat and the department. The secretariat will in the future coordinate several central issues for the agency, such as implementation plans and risk management. As the Legal Department's mission expands, the demands on quality and structure increase, and you will be an important part of this work.

You will also work with planning and follow-up. You will coordinate and carry out assignments and follow-up work within the department and with the rest of the agency. You will work with inquiries, consultations, reports, and analyses to provide support and material for operations. In your work, you will also collaborate with external parties.

Who are you?

We are looking for a person who adapts easily to new conditions and assignments. You are unpretentious, structured, and find it interesting to work with improvements and new solutions. You are a quality-conscious person with a good holistic view who does not get stuck in details but can maintain an overarching perspective. You should also feel comfortable working under time pressure during certain periods and delivering material with short deadlines.

You have a good ability to listen and communicate with others, and it is natural for you to communicate complex issues in a simple and understandable way. You work well with other people and value collaboration highly. You take responsibility for your area as well as the department's and can independently assess and prioritize what creates value for the agency.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

You who apply have

  • Relevant academic degree.
  • Current experience working as a Business Expert, Administrative Expert, or similar role within a support function or secretariat.
  • Experience working within public administration.
  • Good communication skills and can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish Migration Agency's operations and mission.
  • Experience providing qualified support to managers and executive groups.
  • Experience collaborating with other agencies and organizations.

Information

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours: Office hours, with the possibility of agreement on flexible working hours. Possibility of remote work for part of the time according to agreement.

Location: Sundbyberg, Norrköping, or Malmö.

Start date: As soon as possible according to agreement.

Travel occurs in the position.
