Do you have extensive experience in recruitment within the public sector and are you accustomed to independently driving the entire recruitment process from start to finish? We are now looking for a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis and requirement profiling to appointment and follow-up.

In this role, you will work closely with managers and operational representatives, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the recruitment process. You will manage several parallel processes simultaneously and ensure that each recruitment is conducted professionally, efficiently, and with high quality ✨

The recruitments cover both specialist roles and operational positions within areas such as:

🔹 Healthcare 🔹 Law 🔹 Social Sciences 🔹 Economics 🔹 HR 🔹 IT 🔹 Other support functions

You will become a key part of attracting, assessing, and appointing the right competence while contributing to a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Has approximately 5–10 years of experience in qualified recruitment work

• Has documented experience in competency-based recruitment

• Has at least 5 years of experience in recruitment within the public sector

• Has excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Has post-secondary education in HR, behavioral science, or recruitment
