Your responsibilities As an Administrative Assistant, you will work under supervision and support parts of the administrative service delivery to various units within the business, while also functioning as an Office Coordinator.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to business units and employees.
  • Handle orders for office supplies and equipment, and maintain ongoing contact with suppliers.
  • Coordinate and support administrative service staff (e.g., receptionists, switchboard operators, couriers).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform ongoing administrative tasks and contribute to structure and order within the operations.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of administrative routines and processes.

Your profile

As an Administrative Assistant, you should enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously and possess the ability to combine administrative precision with a service-oriented attitude towards your colleagues. You should thrive in an environment that requires both structure and flexibility to meet the varying needs of the business.

Basic requirements for the role:

  • Experience in administrative work and/or service.
  • Basic knowledge of administration.
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Service-minded with good collaboration skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently within given frameworks.

Application process This is initially a 6-month consulting assignment with the possibility of extension or direct employment with the client after a period of staffing. The position can start immediately or as agreed. The selection process is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
