This is a full-time consultancy position. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia Finance. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities

As a Financial Contract Specialist, you will work in the company's back-office department in a broad role combining administration and customer service. The tasks vary in content and complexity, gradually taking on more advanced parts of the process. You will handle the registration and processing of leasing agreements, equipment administration, and customer service via email and case management systems. Cases may include invoice inquiries, address changes, cancellations, or other contract-related questions. The work also includes handling supplier invoices, mail processing, checking invoice scanning, and follow-ups and reconciliations related to contracts and customers.

You will be part of a customer-oriented team of 14 people where collaboration is central. In this role, you are expected to take significant ownership of your tasks and actively contribute to the team's work with continuous improvements, while driving your own development forward.

Examples of tasks:

  • Handle customer cases via case management systems and email
  • Administer and follow up on leasing agreements throughout their lifecycle
  • Check and handle invoice documentation and internal administrative flows
  • Support the team in return, termination, and extension processes
  • Participate in reconciliations and collaboration with internal functions and partners

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Experience working in customer service and administration
  • Experience with invoice processing
  • Good computer and system skills, including basic knowledge of Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English

We also consider it meritorious if you have:

  • Experience from banking, finance, or credit market companies
  • Experience in financial administration, contract management, or leasing administration
