The Individual and Family Care department works to provide support and assistance to children, young people, adults, and families in vulnerable situations. Our mission is to create security, promote good living conditions, and strengthen the individual's independence – always with the person at the center.

The Individual and Family Care in Svalöv Municipality wants people to have the opportunity and prerequisites to release and strengthen their abilities to live an independent life. We are looking for you who are a woman aged 25 or older and have the time and commitment for the role of contact person. As a contractor, you are bound by confidentiality.

WORK TASKS

As a contact person, you are expected to be a fellow human being who promotes social contacts and combats loneliness. The assignment involves the individual receiving increased social support and strategies to strengthen their independence, as well as the opportunity to participate in social and meaningful activities.

As a contact person, you will receive a fee component and an expense component. The employment is a contract employment that follows the assignment you have.

QUALIFICATIONS

Before you submit your expression of interest, you should consider whether you have a secure and stable life and work situation. It is important that you have an orderly existence and the space needed to support someone else for a longer period, at least one year. As a contractor, it is important to have good social skills, to be able to initiate various activities, and at the same time be responsive to needs and wishes. You should have humor, energy, and be able to start conversations in an unobstructed manner.

After your expression of interest, an investigation will be conducted where information from, for example, the social register, the enforcement authority register, and the police register will be obtained.

You hold a category B driver's license and have a car.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
