About Us

Capio Olympia is a large primary care centre with approximately 11,200 registered patients. We are located in the heart of Helsingborg, directly opposite the hospital, with easy access to public transport.

At Capio Olympia, we have permanent medical staffing and work in multidisciplinary teams. Our primary care centre stands for care, security, and development, and we are constantly seeking new ways to improve and renew our operations.

Our "digital-physical" approach means that, in addition to traditional work at the clinic, we also provide counseling via phone and chat.

Your Role

As a social worker/counselor here, you will work independently with a solution-oriented approach, while collaborating closely with colleagues in the psychosocial team, the medical team, and other staff at the clinic.

Your responsibilities will include running your own clinic activities and treating patients with psychosocial issues. You will assess, investigate, and treat adult patients with mild to moderate mental health problems, following the guidelines for Region Skåne's psychosocial work in primary care as well as I-CBT (Internet-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). You will also play a significant role in our work regarding sustainable sick leave.

You will have individual responsibility for assessments and treatment interventions. At our clinic, we strive for early intervention and high accessibility, which means you will primarily work with shorter treatment contacts.

You will collaborate with our counselor and a psychiatric nurse.

About You

You are a licensed social worker and have the required qualifications for CBT Step 1 according to Region Skåne's requirements. You also have experience working with I-CBT.

You are an experienced counselor with an open mind towards teamwork and change management. You are comfortable finding new ways of working both digitally and physically. Experience in primary care is not a requirement but is considered an asset.
