We are currently looking for an engaged and reliable male personal assistant for assignments in Klippan Municipality. You have experience and/or good knowledge of autism and feel comfortable working in situations where challenging behavior may occur. You are calm, stable, and have the ability to create structure, security, and predictability in your work.

📝 About the Position

• Approximately one shift per week.
• Short shifts of 4–6 hours.
• Opportunity for occasional overnight shifts.
• Working hours may occur on any day of the week and at varying times.
• Flexibility regarding working hours is required.
• Perfect to combine with studies, other work, or similar commitments.

👤 We are looking for someone who

• Has experience and/or knowledge of autism.
• Has experience and feels confident in handling challenging behavior.
• Is responsible, sensitive, and has a professional approach.
• Can work independently and follow established routines and methods.
• Is flexible regarding working hours.

❗ Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
