Job Description
As a Quality Case Manager, you will work with quality and contract follow-up of the procured operations. This includes, among other things, operations within residential care for children and young people, residential care for adults with substance abuse issues, consultant support to foster homes/emergency homes, outpatient care, special housing for the elderly and people with intellectual disabilities, LSS operations, as well as supervision for municipal staff.
As a Quality Case Manager, you are also an expert in the aforementioned procurements when drafting new procurement documents for each area of operation. This work is done in a team together with other Quality Case Managers, procurement officers, and in collaboration with the municipalities.
The work with quality follow-up takes place partly through visits to the operations and partly through other administrative follow-up methods. To ensure the processes in the follow-up work, as a Quality Case Manager, you are involved in developing new indicators and quality metrics to best follow up on the quality of the operations. This may involve deepening and developing statistics, processing quantitative data, and creating new tools for follow-up. Travel is part of the role, both day trips and overnight stays.
As a Quality Case Manager, you have daily contact with suppliers and municipalities via our support system.
We are looking for a Quality Case Manager with a primary focus on individual and family care.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a suitable university education and long experience from social services, primarily within individual and family care. You have previously worked with some type of systematic follow-up/investigation work. You need to be well updated regarding the legislation that covers the different areas.
You are service-oriented, goal-oriented, responsible, meticulous, structured, and have good IT skills. You work both independently and together with others.
You are confident in challenging conversations and situations, you take initiative, and enjoy developing your way of working. You can drive your own and the joint work forward. You have the ability to look up with a clear strategic perspective and you have a very good ability to express yourself both orally and in writing.
