Hello! I am a 67-year-old woman living with my husband in an apartment in central Kristianstad. I am now looking for you who want to become an important part of my daily life and work as my personal assistant. The position is for approximately 70% with a fixed, rolling shift rotation.

About the role and working hours

My assistance is needed 24 hours a day, which means you will work varying hours around the clock (day, evening, and awake night shifts). During certain parts of the day, you will be two assistants working in parallel.

Since I live with a physical disability and use an electric wheelchair, you will help me with everything in my daily life. To make transfers as smooth and safe as possible, we have ceiling lifts to assist us.

Who am I?

My main interests are flowers and dogs, although I no longer have any pets of my own. I enjoy going out for various activities when I have the energy. Since my daily condition varies, plans can sometimes be spontaneous, which means you need to be flexible and comfortable with days looking different.

When I need to rest, we switch to a calmer pace. There is often time for the usual, everyday chores at home, while you are close by, attentive to my needs, and have a keen sense for when I want company or need space.
