About the Position

Maybe you click with our cheerful girl in Malmö. Do you want a meaningful part-time job where play, activity, and engagement are in focus? We are now looking for a personal assistant for a girl who lives in Malmö with her active family and their dog.

The girl goes to school during the day, but after school she needs a secure and initiative-taking assistant who wants to find fun and developmental activities to do together with her.

Responsibilities

After school, the work is about doing fun and active things together, such as cycling, walking, or planning outings. We want you to:

• Stimulate her curiosity and learning – sometimes simpler schoolwork can be done if the girl has the energy and interest.
• Be a secure support in everyday life and contribute to a positive and meaningful leisure time.

Working Hours

• Monday: 16:00–19:30
• Tuesday: 16:00–17:30
• Wednesday: 16:00–19:30
• Thursday: 16:00–19:30
• Friday: 16:00–18:00
• Every other weekend and during holidays as needed.

The Monday–Friday times are important as we must be able to be on site shortly before 16:00, since our customer comes home from school by taxi at that time.

This position is perfect for you who are studying, working part-time, or looking for a meaningful part-time job.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is active, playful, and has an easy time engaging with children/teenagers.
• Is responsible, secure, and responsive.
• Can be a bit mischievous and show your true self.
• Enjoys being outdoors and moving around.
• Is comfortable with having a dog in the home.
• Has good Swedish skills in both speech and writing.

Previous experience in personal assistance or working with children is meritorious, but personal suitability is most important.

To ensure safe and secure assistance, we conduct a background check if you become a candidate for the position.

• If the work involves services for persons over 18 years of age, you must present an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register.
• If the work involves services for children, you must submit an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register, which we will store for 2 years in accordance with current legislation.
