Creative and empathetic personal assistant sought for music-loving 18-year-old!

About the position

Our young man has multiple disabilities and needs your help with everything in his daily life. This includes everything from personal care and hygiene to communication and activation. At KSJ AB, you are important – both to the client and to us!

Who is the young man you will work with?

He is a young man who spreads joy and loves attention! His absolute greatest interests are music, crafts, and swimming in his pool. We would love for you to share his joy for music and not be afraid to show yourself, sing along, and create a fast-paced and joyful everyday life.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar work or healthcare education is meritorious, but your personality is absolutely the most important.
• You speak and understand good Swedish, as communication is central.
• You are a non-smoker.
• No allergies, as the family has a dog, and you are not afraid of dogs.

Scope and working hours

The position is 75% with a rolling 4-week schedule including weekday shifts 15:30-22:00, night shifts 22:00-08:25, and weekends (varying working hours).
