Working hours are according to schedule, covering days, evenings, and weekends.

As a new employee, an introductory week is included, which is mandatory to complete before starting work at the department. The education alternates between theory and guided introduction, preparing you for the treatment role in SiS operations.

As a permanent employee, you will also undergo SiS basic training lasting 10 weeks.

To succeed in your work, you have a solid positive view of people. You are motivated to help people in a vulnerable life situation and share SiS's value base of being a place for change. Furthermore, you have a good ability to create engagement and participation among our young people. As a person, you are confident in yourself and find it easy to build relationships with young people as well as with other staff members. You have good communication skills and can maintain your calm even in stressful situations. You cooperate easily with others and can handle conflicts in a constructive manner.
