On behalf of our client in Lomma, we are now looking for a personal assistant who is attuned to the client's needs and wishes. The position is 38% with a start date of September 1st (possibly later; the most important thing is that we find the right person). Selection and interviews will take place in mid-August.

For us, it is important that you connect with the client you will be working for and that you are attuned to their needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's integrity. You are cheerful and ready to make your own decisions. You are responsible, easy to collaborate with, and have the ability to step back when needed.

Shifts are scheduled during daytime hours, approx. 09:00–15:30, and you will work every other weekend. There is a cat in the client's home. You must be a non-smoker. We prefer female applicants.

Your responsibilities

The tasks include those commonly associated with the profession. This can range from individualized care to household chores. The assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also involves accompanying them on activities outside the home.
