We prefer that you have some life experience, as this can contribute to stability and a good relationship over time. Prior experience in care and assistance is an advantage, but the most important thing is your personality and commitment.

To thrive in this role, you need:

• Good physical fitness
• To be calm, receptive, and secure in your interactions
• Experience with or interest in low-affective handling
• Experience with autism

Knowledge of sign language is a plus, but not a requirement as we value your willingness to learn and develop.

Working hours: Shifts are scheduled throughout all hours of the day and include waiting time.
