About Lovisagården HVB
Lovisagården has 5 places in a rural environment with proximity to nature and activities. It is an HVB targeting boys aged 14 to 19 who have early-stage substance abuse, reside in unsuitable environments, have committed occasional crimes, experimented with drugs, or have an outgoing behavior. They may also have difficulties with boundary setting, social relationships, and neuropsychiatric issues. Overall for Lovisagården, the everyday life does not function, and there is a lack of strategies and motivation to make it work. First, we map the needs and then develop the tools needed and motivate them to start utilizing these opportunities. When the structure and everyday life function, there is an opportunity to move on to a more independent alternative.

Through a concrete anchoring in our value base and our ethical approach, we together build the norm and culture that should apply in our operations. This norm then serves as the framework for our responsibility and way of working. The work takes place at HVBs in Southern Sweden, mainly Skåne, Open Care in Southern Sweden, and Supported Housing in Skåne.
We simply work very much with our common image of our mission and how we should approach problems or situations. Our work is to create a good norm and culture, and this is then our guiding star in everyday life. We believe that this drives us to do our best through a strong identification with the operation, through having a common morality, and that we all get an inherent satisfaction from our work. By organizing ourselves organically, we take advantage of everyone's commitment, competence, and experience. We analyze situations together and create goals and means to reach the goals through participation. Participation in the staff group, organization, clients, and commissioners is a must for our operation to be able to live.
