Social Pedagog to Vivacare in Kristianstad – Extra Staff

Vivacare is looking for a qualified social pedagogue for our operations in Kristianstad.

As a social pedagogue with us, you will work to support individuals in their daily lives based on their needs, resources, and conditions. The work is built on professional interaction, relationship-building, and the ability to create structure, security, and motivation.

You will be part of a work team where collaboration, responsibility, and engagement are important parts of the daily work.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• providing support in everyday situations
• working in a motivating and relationship-building manner
• creating structure and clarity for individuals based on their needs
• documenting according to current routines
• collaborating with colleagues and other relevant actors

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education as a social pedagogue

• have a good attitude and a genuine interest in working with people
• are secure, responsible, and responsive
• have good collaboration skills
• can work independently and in a structured manner
• are flexible and solution-oriented
• have previous experience in social work or similar operations
• are experienced in documentation
• hold a valid B-driver's license
