Personal Assistant for Happy 14-Year-Old with Brain Injury

We are looking for a secure, engaged, and caring person who wants to work as a personal assistant to a 14-year-old boy with a brain injury.
The boy uses a wheelchair and cannot speak, so he needs support in all aspects of his daily life. The job involves helping him at home, accompanying him to school, and providing support with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and activities.
He has spasticity, which means his muscles sometimes become tense, so it is important that you are calm, patient, and attentive.
Despite his challenges, he is a happy boy who loves reading books, dancing, and going for walks.
About the position:
We are looking for staff who can work approximately 70–100%.
We are also looking for hourly substitutes who can step in as needed.

- Are flexible and can adapt to his needs
Experience in similar work is meritorious but not a requirement – the most important thing is your personality and willingness to help.
