About the Position

We are now looking for a temporary personal assistant for our cheerful, determined, and fun-loving 30-year-old in Sösdala. Sösdala is only an 8-minute train ride from Hässleholm, 10 minutes from Höör, and 36 minutes from Lund!

She is an active girl who loves being in a lively and energetic environment. Her biggest interests include horses, swimming, and being outdoors. Together with a happy and wonderful work team, you will have the opportunity to influence and brighten this girl's daily life!

You will be employed on an hourly basis. We always see it as an advantage if you are flexible and able to step in when needed. It is, of course, about giving and taking for each other, which we hope is obvious to you as well!

Your Responsibilities

The girl uses a wheelchair and therefore needs help and support during all daily activities. As an assistant, you must always be present. Hygiene, care, transfers (with a lift), stretching, feeding, insulin administration, and leisure activities are examples of tasks included in your work. Additionally, cleaning, laundry, and other common household chores are performed to keep the home clean and tidy. Communication takes place through body language and sounds; you need to be attentive to understand and interpret the girl's body signals and sounds.

About You

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a good ability to take initiative. Furthermore, we expect you to be cheerful, outgoing, and positive. You will work both alone and with double assistance. Work routines are available to follow, so it is advantageous if you are quick to learn and have a good ability to absorb new information. If you have previous experience in the care profession, it is meritorious but not a requirement – we will place the greatest emphasis on personal qualities. We would like you to radiate empathy, warmth, and security, as ultimately, the chemistry between you and the girl will be decisive. Our only requirement is that you are non-smoking!
