We are looking for personal assistants for a warm and positive work group in Trelleborg

Do you want a meaningful job where you truly make a difference in another person's daily life? We are now looking for several personal assistants for a woman in her younger middle age who lives with her husband in Trelleborg. The husband is also the coordinator for the assistant group.

You work independently together with the customer and contribute to creating a calm, secure, and content-rich daily life based on her wishes and needs.

It is important that you feel comfortable with the customer and her husband being your supervisors and that you always work with respect for the customer's self-determination, privacy, and lifestyle.

About you

We are looking for you who are warm, receptive, and secure in yourself. You have a genuine interest in people, great patience, and a positive attitude. You are flexible, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating.

Previous experience as a personal assistant is not a requirement. The most important thing for us is that the personal chemistry fits and that you have the desire to learn the job and provide the customer with professional and respectful support.

About the job

The customer uses a wheelchair and needs support in all parts of her daily life (ADL). All transfers are done manually. You will also assist with medication, where the customer herself controls when and how the help is given.

The work involves overnight shifts (22:00–22:00) with a working degree of 60–90%. The schedule is planned based on the customer's needs, while the working degree is fixed.

A pet- and tobacco-free lifestyle is an important prerequisite

The customer lives with a rare chronic lung disease, severe asthma, and strong scent sensitivity. For her to be able to live a safe and as healthy a life as possible, her immediate environment needs to be free from anything that could affect her health.

Therefore, we are looking for you who already today have a completely pet-free as well as smoke- and tobacco-free lifestyle. This means you do not have animals in your household and do not stay near animals during the 48 hours preceding a work shift.

We are also looking for you who can easily work completely perfume-, makeup-, and scent-free. Out of consideration for the customer's health, no scented products or makeup are used during working hours or the last 24 hours before a work shift.

This is a crucial part of the job and a prerequisite for the customer to be able to feel well.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have a completely pet-free living situation.
• Live completely smoke- and tobacco-free.
• Can work perfume-, makeup-, and scent-free.
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.

At the customer's request, we are only looking for female assistants.

Application

The customer personally reviews all applications together with her husband, who is the coordinator for the assistant group. If your profile is assessed to fit the position, the coordinator or HR manager will contact you for a first conversation. The coordinator uses her private email address for the first contact.

Great importance is placed on personal chemistry and mutual trust. In the event of employment, we may request an extract from the criminal record.
