I am looking for someone interested in working as a substitute on an hourly basis, stepping in when my regular assistants are absent, for example due to illness, vacation, or other leave.

Workplace: Primarily in my home in Hässleholm and wherever I am located.

Working Hours: Shifts are primarily scheduled as 24-hour shifts with on-call waiting time (on-call duty) during the night. As an hourly substitute, shifts can also be divided into shorter periods if needed.

Tasks: I can explain what help I need myself. Since I use a wheelchair, you as a personal assistant need to be my extended arms and legs and help me with what is needed in daily life.

Scope: Hourly employment as needed.

Other: To thrive with me, you should have a sense of humor, be loyal, and appreciate a calm work environment. I live in a ground-floor apartment in Hässleholm. It is important that you are sensitive, can take a step back when needed, but also have the ability to take initiative.

You must be a non-smoker and not be allergic to fur-bearing animals, as I have a dog and also come into contact with other animals. A driver's license for a manual car is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you are the right person for the task and that the personal chemistry is right. Before employment, you will need to present an extract from the Police's criminal record register in accordance with the cooperative's board decision.
