Employment and Integration Coach

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Employment and Integration Coach, you work with supervising participants who are far from the labor market, such as newly arrived immigrants or individuals in labor market policy measures.

You guide participants daily in practical work at our work stations within carpentry, painting, sewing, and service teams. The tasks are driven by municipal orders and the participants' competencies.

The role includes:

• Practical supervision and coaching towards self-sufficiency
• Motivational conversations and individually adapted support
• Being a clear and secure leader at the work stations
• Collaboration with internal and external actors
• Administrative tasks as needed (e.g., purchasing and orders)

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an independent and flexible employee who is curious and open, with a strong holistic perspective. You see how the parts of the organization affect each other and understand the impact of external events. You are proactive, solution-focused, and independent. You work independently, make necessary decisions, and adapt easily to changed circumstances.

You are empathetic, confident in yourself, and have an understanding of the challenges the target group may face. You adapt easily to different situations that may arise in collaboration with participants, employers, and other parties. As a team player, you pay attention to others' opinions, develop relationships, and contribute to clarifying the group's tasks and goals.
