You will be involved in the planning and implementation of training, lectures, and well-being days, and will participate in follow-up meetings and collaboration meetings related to the placements.
Your position is home-based, and a significant part of your work involves travel to visit the foster homes. Travel for physical meetings and supervision will also be included in the role. Your initial training and some work as a new employee will take place at our offices.
Your role is to work in close collaboration with foster homes and contribute to creating a positive development for the children and their families.

As a Family Home Consultant, it is important to be able to work independently, plan, set goals, and adhere to timeframes to ensure and streamline your work processes. The role requires order and structure, so we see that you are meticulous and methodical.
Furthermore, you are a sensitive and empathetic person who is comfortable providing continuous support and counseling, with a major focus on identifying suitable families who can provide the best care and support for the child.
