As a Controller, you will be part of the finance function and work closely with the business unit managers and other controllers to ensure efficient financial management and qualified decision support. The assignment involves supporting and strengthening the existing controller function in the ongoing financial work, as well as contributing with analyses and follow-ups that support the business's goals and development.

In this role, you are responsible for conducting financial analyses, investigations, and follow-ups of the business's financial outcomes. You analyze financial results and business data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement, and present your conclusions in a clear and pedagogical manner to the business and management.

You work actively with the budget process by preparing budget materials, conducting budget follow-ups, and preparing financial forecasts. The role involves close collaboration with the business unit managers, where you act as a qualified support in budget and financial matters. Therefore, it is important that you can conduct independent dialogue regarding financial prerequisites, consequence analyses, and financial planning.

Furthermore, you are responsible for compiling reports and decision support materials for management and other stakeholders, as well as contributing to the development of financial processes and routines within the business.

To succeed in the assignment, you are required to have an academic degree in economics and a good ability to work independently with qualified financial issues. Previous experience from public sector operations is meritorious, as is experience with the financial system Agresso and the budget and forecast tool Hypergene. You are analytical, structured, and communicative, with the ability to translate financial analyses into concrete decision support and recommendations for the business.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in economics.
• Previous experience working in the public sector is meritorious.
• The authority uses Agresso as its financial system and Hypergene for budget and forecasting. Previous experience with these systems is an advantage.
