About the role

As a project consultant, you work on an as-needed basis at our client companies, primarily in reception areas for offices, coworking spaces, conferences, and the hospitality sector. The position is a flexible employment with an hourly wage, meaning shifts vary based on our customers' needs. It is perfect for students or those with another primary occupation.

You are often the first person guests, visitors, and employees meet, making you a vital part of the overall impression.

You become a valued resource in various teams and work environments, where you quickly adapt to new routines and create structure in daily operations.

A typical workday may involve manning the reception, preparing and maintaining meeting and conference rooms, handling bookings, answering calls and deliveries, or supporting with administrative tasks. The pace varies from day to day, but regardless of the workplace, you are the one ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Before each assignment, you receive a thorough introduction and on-site training. Our internal team of staffing coordinators and consultant managers is always available if you need support or guidance along the way.

• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Have another primary occupation, such as studies or a part-time job
