Betelskolan is a free school located on Hönö in the northern archipelago of Gothenburg. There are 190 students in grades F–9.
We are currently looking for substitute teachers for the 2026/2027 school year.
At Betelskolan, we work to ensure that all students are seen, feel safe, and can develop according to their own prerequisites.
We focus on building good relationships and student well-being, which are essential for working effectively towards knowledge goals.
Safety, knowledge, and creativity are key pillars of our school's approach. Without a sense of safety, it is difficult to absorb knowledge; therefore, the school's primary mission is for students to feel safe. Developing students' knowledge is the school's main objective. By working creatively, we increase the conditions for learning. All three elements must work together to ensure every student has the best possible school experience.
Betelskolan is run by a non-profit foundation, which also serves as the main governing body for the school.
As a substitute teacher, you will be briefed on tasks and assignments by the administrator before each working day.
