About the role

We are looking for engaged and service-oriented customer service representatives who fluently master both Norwegian and Swedish, in speech and writing. In this role, you will be a key contact point for our Norwegian and Swedish customers and contribute to creating a positive and professional customer experience. Our client is located at Södra Station in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide clear and professional answers to customer questions and assist in resolving issues.
  • Offer advice and information about our products and services.
  • Register cases and document customer interactions in our internal systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Contribute to improvements in working methods and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Very good knowledge of Norwegian, English, and Swedish, both in speech and writing.
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or support work is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Accustomed to working in various systems and quick to learn new tools.
  • Solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and good at prioritizing.
  • Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Project setup:

The position starts as a consultancy assignment via a recruitment agency for 6 months, with a planned takeover into permanent employment with the client after the project period.

  • A market-competitive starting salary of 32-35k. Collective agreement, pension plan, holiday and overtime compensation, and insurance according to current agreements.

  • A dedicated consultant manager providing support throughout the assignment.
