ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Account Manager, you are responsible for creating new business, developing customer relationships, and matching the right IT specialists with customer needs.
You drive the entire business process, from prospecting and customer meetings to negotiation, contracts, and follow-up. The role involves close collaboration with customers, consultants, recruitment, and management to ensure long-term and successful partnerships.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and process new customers and business opportunities
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to contract
- Develop existing customers and identify upselling opportunities
- Match consultants to customer needs and assignments
- Collaborate with recruitment and partner networks to ensure the right competence
- Follow up on consultants, assignments, and deliveries to create high customer and consultant satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of the company's offering, business, and corporate culture

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU:- Have at least four years of experience in sales within the IT consultancy industry
- Have documented experience in consultancy sales and new customer acquisition
- Have experience in developing long-term customer relationships and creating new business
- Have experience with the public sector, framework agreements, or IT procurement
- Have a genuine interest in technology, digitalization, and IT
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
Additional merits if you:
- Have experience in recruitment or search within IT
- Have an established network of customers or consultants in the Stockholm area
- Have previously worked in a smaller or fast-growing consultancy
- Have experience in building new business areas or operations
Scope: Full-time
Start: Target September 2026
Salary: Competitive fixed salary plus an attractive commission model with no cap
Working hours: Office hours
