As a Marketing Assistant, you will become part of our marketing department and work with both creative and operational tasks that strengthen the KFX brand and increase our visibility. The position is part-time and based at our office, where you will work independently while collaborating closely with our Marketing Manager and external suppliers. As a Marketing Assistant, you will contribute to both strategic and operational activities. Among other things, you will:

• Manage content production for digital channels - social media, newsletters, campaigns, and web
• Create and edit graphic material in accordance with the brand's visual identity
• Plan and schedule social media posts and track engagement and reach
• Update and maintain the website and internal content registers
• Assist with events
• Handle administrative tasks and follow-ups

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and driven, and who is currently studying at a post-secondary level in marketing or communication.

We would like you to have a strong interest in social media, as this will be your main area of responsibility. You enjoy creating content that engages and inspires, and you have an eye for developing both ideas and expressions.

This role suits you if you like a combination of creative and administrative tasks. You are self-motivated, take initiative, and are good at prioritizing and structuring your daily work even when the pace varies.

We would appreciate it if you have:

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of the Adobe suite, Canva, and experience with publishing tools such as Meta and Google
• Experience working with Microsoft Office

Start date: According to agreement

Scope: Part-time, scope and working hours according to agreement

Salary: Individual salary setting (Union Collective Agreement)
