Do you want to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented role where you create new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers? Reco is now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Stockholm.

About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Reco, you are responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities through prospecting and contacting potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn. You work with both inbound leads and active outbound sales against companies in Reco's database as well as newly prospected businesses.

The role involves qualifying leads, booking meetings, and building a strong pipeline for the sales department. You work systematically in the CRM system and collaborate closely with Account Executives and the rest of the sales team to drive the business forward.

A large part of the job is about quickly helping companies understand the value of Reco's service and how strong customer reviews can contribute to increased credibility, more customers, and higher sales.

You will work with leads from companies such as:

  • who have received reviews on Reco without being paying customers
  • who have shown high engagement and activity on Reco.se
  • identified through prospecting and/or market processing

The role is clearly goal-oriented and suits you who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are communicative, goal-focused, and motivated by creating new relationships and business opportunities.

You will:

  • Prospect and identify new potential customers
  • Contact decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Work actively with outbound sales and meeting booking
  • Qualify leads and create business opportunities
  • Book qualified meetings for BDRs and Account Executives
  • Work systematically in HubSpot, CRM systems, and digital tools
  • Contribute to building and developing the sales pipeline
  • Work towards clear goals and KPIs related to activity and conversion

Target Audience
The target audience consists primarily of service companies within RUT/ROT and consumer-facing industries where trust and reviews are crucial, for example: construction, trades, cleaning, auto repair, healthcare, beauty, restaurants, real estate agents, dentistry, plumbing, recruitment, education, and similar industries.

We are looking for you who

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Are used to working towards clear goals and KPIs
  • Are communicative, driven, and fearless on the phone
  • Have experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Enjoy outbound sales and prospecting
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good English skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple dialogues in parallel
  • Are self-starting, solution-oriented, and relationship-building
