Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company within the HR-tech sector. Recently, they have embarked on a transformation journey where the Customer Success function has evolved from traditional account management to a more business-driven and strategic team.

This creates the opportunity for us to now seek you, a sharp B2B sales professional looking for the next step in your career, where you will:

  • Continue working in B2B sales.
  • Work in a KAM-like role with existing, warm customers, leveraging your relationship-building and strategic skills.

About the Role

Our client helps organizations create more engaged and successful workplaces through data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for an existing customer portfolio with a primary focus on business development. By understanding your customers' businesses, you will identify new needs, drive business dialogues, and create growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic consulting.

You will become a key business partner to your customers and work closely with decision-makers to help them create long-term value. The role involves clear commercial responsibility where you own the continued development of your customers and drive the business forward.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has approximately 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, Account Management, Key Account Management, or a commercial Customer Success role.
  • Has experience developing existing customers through upselling, cross-selling, or other business development activities.
  • Is accustomed to working towards commercial goals and thrives with independent business responsibility.
  • Easily builds trust with decision-makers and establishes long-term customer relationships.
  • Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English.
