We are looking for experienced freelance social media advertising consultants for recruitment marketing

Zynca is currently looking for experienced freelance social media advertising consultants to support employers with recruitment marketing campaigns.

As part of Zynca’s consultant network, you will help employers promote job opportunities across various social media channels. You will work with incoming campaign requests from our customers, advise on campaign approach, prepare and launch advertising, and optimize performance throughout the campaign period.

This role is suited to consultants with strong paid social experience who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

This is a freelance consulting opportunity within Zynca’s specialist network. You will support employers that use Zynca to improve the reach and performance of their job advertising.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage paid social campaigns for recruitment advertising.
Translate employer hiring needs into effective campaign strategies.
Create or adapt ad copy and campaign assets for relevant platforms.
Set up targeting, budgets, campaign structure, and tracking.
Monitor performance and make ongoing optimizations.
Provide clear communication and updates through Zynca’s workflow.
Maintain a high standard of service for employers using Zynca.

Your profile

At least 2 years of experience in paid social advertising.
Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, or similar.
Strong knowledge of targeting, optimization, budget management, and reporting is desirable, as well as excellent written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client-facing campaign requests. Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or job advertising is a strong advantage.
