Right now, we are recruiting an Account Manager - B2B Media for our client!

We are looking for an Account Manager who wants to take the next step and become a Key Account Manager!

Nordiske Medier is an established media house with 50 years in the industry. Nordiske Medier is one of Scandinavia's largest operations within special media. In close dialogue with the Nordic business community, we publish approximately 50 B2B titles, both digitally and in print, and arrange around 40 industry events each year. Our portfolio covers everything from construction and engineering to automotive, design, retail, health, and several niche industries. Our journalists deliver quality journalism every day to decision-makers and industry professionals, and our titles go deep into the segments they cover.

Nordiske Medier has approximately 200 employees in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway with offices in Aalborg, Copenhagen, and Stockholm.

Responsibilities

Based in Solna, we are looking for an Account Manager who wants to contribute to Nordiske Medier's continued growth in Sweden.

About the role:

You will start as an Account Manager – but this is not the final destination. At the client, you will have a structured path to the KAM role, with ongoing coaching, clear milestones, and close collaboration with experienced colleagues who have already made the journey. You will work at a high pace with daily customer dialogue, drive your own business, and take responsibility for your budget from day one. You will process and develop existing customers within the Nordic business community, identify new business opportunities, and sell media solutions that actually make a difference for decision-makers. You work structured in CRM, follow your pipeline, and deliver against clear goals.

The phone is your most important tool – salesmanship is your currency.

The role includes among other things:

  • Work at a high pace with many daily customer contacts, primarily via phone
  • Actively contact and develop existing customer relationships
  • Sell Nordiske Medier's products to important key customers and potential new customers
  • Be responsible for your own sales budget and deliver against clear result requirements
  • Work structured with CRM for follow-up and reporting
  • Administration of quotes, contracts, and campaign materials
  • Frequent internal and external contact areas

Qualifications

To fit the role, we would like you to have:

  • You have at least four years of experience in B2B sales and thrive when there is a lot of movement
  • Experience with many customer contacts per day – and thrive with it
  • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Very good knowledge of the Office package
  • Experience of physical and/or digital customer meetings
  • Good understanding of technology and the manufacturing industry

  • You are comfortable on the phone, a strong communicator in Swedish and English, and you are motivated by hitting your targets – not just reaching them.

  • Are passionate about customer care and building long-term relationships
  • You see this role as a springboard, not a final goal.

Area of Work:

You will work within a specialized industry media focusing on and covering the metal and workshop industry. We are well-positioned in the area, and the editorial team is responsible for covering and conveying relevant industry news, development, and analysis regarding metals, processing, materials, and production. Our editorial content spans technology, equipment, production methods, business, and industrial trends.

The target group consists of decision-makers and leaders in the industry, with a focus on individuals in roles related to production, purchasing, distribution, and sales. The content should support the target group's need for insights, environmental monitoring, and decision support.

Publication takes place via digital channels, newsletters, and a news site, as well as in printed format four times a year, with the aim of ensuring continuous and relevant communication with the industry's key players.
