ConceptX is now looking for a business-driven Sales Manager who wants to take a key role in developing businesses and customer relationships in one of the Nordic region's most dynamic media environments.

About the role
As a Sales Manager in Media Sales, you will have a central role where you are responsible for driving and developing business within digital advertising. You work in close dialogue with media agencies and advertisers and are responsible for the entire business – from brief and strategy to execution and follow-up.
You will take over an existing customer portfolio with good opportunities to further develop the business, while actively driving new customer acquisition. The role involves working consultatively with customers to create relevant, creative, and business-driving solutions.
Your responsibilities
You build and develop long-term relationships with customers and media agencies, functioning as a strategic partner in their digital business. You are responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing campaign proposals, and driving business from first contact to closing.
Furthermore, you work with interpreting briefs, creating solutions within areas such as display, native, and high-impact formats, and ensuring high quality in delivery together with internal teams in production and technology. The role also involves handling multiple parallel campaigns and businesses at a high pace.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have experience in digital sales or work at a media agency and who have a good understanding of the digital business. You have an established network within the media agency world and are accustomed to working relationship-based in a business-driven environment.
You are a strong communicator with the ability to build trust and drive business forward. You thrive in a high tempo, are structured, and have the ability to handle multiple parallel processes simultaneously.
You also have a good understanding of digital marketing methods, KPIs, and business models, which enables you to translate customer needs into concrete and profitable solutions.
