We are now looking for an experienced and driven Agenda Manager who wants to work closely with the Business Manager and the Executive Team in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders. About the assignment
As an Agenda Manager, you act as the right hand to the Business Manager and serve as a key support in business control, planning, and follow-up. You are responsible for creating structure in executive management work, ensuring progress in strategic initiatives, and contributing to turning decisions into concrete activities. The role involves many contact points and suits you if you are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and have a consultative working style.

Your main responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to the Business Manager and Executive Team.
• Plan, structure, and coordinate the Executive Team's agenda.
• Prepare and quality-assure executive meetings, workshops, and other strategic forums.
• Develop and quality-assure decision materials, presentations, and executive documentation.
• Coordinate business planning and follow up on the business plan as well as strategic initiatives.
• Follow up on decisions, activities, and commitments to ensure progress.
• Coordinate activities between different parts of the organization.
• Identify and drive improvements in control, planning, and management processes.
• Plan and conduct larger meetings, conferences, and executive workshops.

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience working closely with a manager, executive team, or equivalent decision-making forum.
• Experience from a management consultancy role, Chief of Staff function, or another strategic business development role.
• Documented experience in business planning, follow-up, and coordination of strategic initiatives.
• Excellent ability to structure, prioritize, and drive work forward in complex organizations.
• Experience in developing high-level decision materials, presentations, and executive documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Copilot.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and with high delivery reliability.

Meritorious

• Experience from larger organizations with established control and decision-making processes.
• Experience in change management or business development.
• Experience facilitating workshops and executive forums.
• Experience from knowledge-intensive businesses or consultancy organizations.
• Experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, or PMO activities.

Scope and time
Start: August 2026 to 2027-08-31, with possibility of extension.
Full-time: 100%
