Do you want to work as an HR consultant specializing in recruitment in Stockholm? Jefferson Wells is now looking for an experienced HR consultant for a fixed-term consulting assignment where you will work broadly with recruitment, HR processes, and contribute to an established HR team.

The assignment in brief
This is a consulting assignment via Jefferson Wells starting September 1, 2026, and running until February 28, 2027. You will work full-time (40 hours/week) based at the client's office in Globen, moving to Hammarby Sjöstad from October 1st.

Your role as an HR consultant in recruitment
In this role, you will work independently on recruitment and support the business during an intensive period. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process and play a key role in creating structure and quality in HR work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment processes from requirement profile to appointment
• Advertise, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and check references
• Manage multiple parallel recruitments (5-10 processes)
• Work with competency-based recruitment and testing
• Support HR administration and other HR-related tasks as needed

You will become part of an HR team with broad competence, consisting of an HR Manager, HRBP, Payroll Specialist, HR Controller, as well as Occupational Health and Safety functions.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who is confident in the recruitment process and accustomed to working independently in a consulting role.

Qualifications:

• PA (Personnel Administration) education or other relevant higher education
• Several years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in independently driving entire recruitment processes
• Accustomed to handling multiple recruitments in parallel
• Experience with competency-based recruitment and psychometric testing
• Good system proficiency, including recruitment systems and Office
• Very good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)

Personal qualities:

• Self-motivated with a clear "can-do" attitude
• Structured and responsible
• Professional and confident in interview situations
• Team player with a positive and humble approach
• Ability to ask relevant and challenging questions during recruitment

Merits:

• Certification in personality tests (e.g., Aon)
• Experience with Grade or Onecruiter
• Experience with search
