Your role as a consultant

As a consultant, you work on assignments that help banks, insurance companies, and other financial actors develop their business, processes, and technology. This role is suitable for you who want to work closely with both business and IT and contribute to change initiatives where structure and collaboration are crucial.

In this role, you will gradually take on greater delivery responsibility, for example by:

• Working on transformation initiatives within digitalization, business development, and implementation.
• Driving deliveries forward through coordination, structure, and follow-up in complex project environments.
• Acting as a bridge between business and IT by translating needs into solutions.
• Supporting and eventually leading parts of agile deliveries, projects, or programs in close collaboration with colleagues and client teams.
• Developing in the consulting role and growing towards greater responsibility and leadership.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute internally to business development and the further development of EY’s offerings.

Qualifications for the role

We are looking for someone who:

• Has approximately 3–8 years of work experience, preferably in business development, IT, project management, agile deliveries, or transformation. Consulting experience is an advantage.
• Has experience from banking, insurance, or other financial activities.
• Has a technical or analytical educational background (e.g., systems science, industrial economics, computer science, or similar).
• Has a high level of proficiency in speaking and writing in Swedish and English.
