ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Payroll Administrator, you will become a central part of an engaged People/HR team, collaborating closely with colleagues in HR, Finance, and the business operations. Together, you will ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality payroll processing for the organization's employees.

Start in August – approx. 6 months with the ambition to transition to the client afterwards.

The role entails overall responsibility for the payroll process, including administration related to pensions, insurance, and other employee benefits. You will act as a consultant on payroll matters and have numerous contact points with both managers and employees.

As the organization is in an exciting phase of development with a focus on digitalization, improvement work, and process development, we are looking for you who are system-interested and enjoy finding smarter ways of working!

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Responsible for and carrying out the payroll process from start to finish
• Handle pensions, insurance, and employee benefits
• Provide support to managers and employees on payroll-related matters
• Ensure compliance with regulations within payroll, tax, and labor law
• Participate in reporting and payroll-related administration
• Contribute to the development of processes, routines, and systems
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other parts of the business

YOUR PROFILE

We believe you have approx. 3–5 years of experience in qualified payroll work and experience working independently with the payroll process. You have good knowledge of pensions, benefits, and payroll-related administration, as well as a basic understanding of accounting related to payroll. You have experience with modern payroll and HR systems, preferably Hogia Plus, Flex, Agda, etc. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have worked in larger or international organizations and have experience with complex payroll issues.
