At Vårdlänken Staffing and Recruitment, we are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Consultant Manager who wants to help develop our operations and create the best conditions for both clients and consultants.

About the role

As Consultant Manager, you are responsible for the entire staffing process – from recruitment and matching to personnel management, client development, and business development. You build long-term relationships with both clients and consultants and work actively to ensure high quality in our deliveries.

An important part of the role is that you will be responsible for one of our largest private healthcare providers within specialist care. You have overall responsibility for the client's staffing needs and work closely with the operations to ensure the right competence at the right time. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you develop the collaboration, create long-term relationships, and contribute to continued business development.

You will also be involved in developing our national staffing operations by building and further developing a staffing pool for assignments across Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment, matching, and staffing of healthcare personnel.
• Personnel management and ongoing follow-up of consultants.
• Responsible for staffing one of our largest private clients within specialist care.
• Quality follow-ups and administrative tasks.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships.
• Conduct client visits and work with new client acquisition.
• Participate in tenders and prepare quotations and contracts.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing collaborations.
• Contribute to the development of our national staffing pool.

Travel within Sweden occurs in this role.

We are looking for someone with

• A university degree in HR or healthcare.
• Experience as a Consultant Manager within healthcare staffing is an advantage.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or similar operations.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience with Recman is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
