Job Description

We are currently recruiting recruiters for an exciting assignment within the public sector.

The assignment covers end-to-end recruitment, with full responsibility for the entire process from start to finish.

The recruitment covers a wide variety of roles, including doctors, dentists, social workers, lawyers, health economists, statisticians, IT personnel, as well as support functions in finance, registry, and HR.

The organization consists of employees with a high academic level, where several roles require specialist competence and extensive experience.

Mandatory Requirements

• You have several years of experience conducting recruitment processes from start to finish.
• You are a senior professional with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment within the public sector.
• You have several years of experience and practical expertise in Competency-Based Recruitment (CBR). We are looking for someone who truly masters the method, not just someone with theoretical knowledge.
