Northclean Facility Services AB is part of the Northclean Group, whose goal is to build the leading corporate group in the Nordics within the industry by acquiring and developing the most established and successful companies from north to south. We value close decision-making processes, a strong focus on customer proximity, and closeness to our employees. At our company, all jobs are equally important, and we stand firm in our ambition to be the best at cleaning and window washing. Our core values – responsibility, engagement, and care – guide us in our daily work. We know that when we enjoy our work, we do a better job!
About the Role
We are now looking for you who want to work in a key role with the opportunity to influence and be involved in the company's strategic business processes. You are meticulous, an excellent communicator, and of course have a keen business sense. As Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operations of the bidding activities and lead a small team of Bid Managers. You plan, follow up, and support employees to ensure that deliveries are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and with high accuracy, while you yourself project-manage your own bids.
As a project manager and Bid Manager, you are the process owner for the coordination of the sales process. You work independently to produce persuasive texts and bid materials in close collaboration with Estimators and Business Area Managers. With your excellent knowledge of LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act) and public procurement, you will analyze and provide solutions that support wise decisions.
You also function as a central business support, both internally and in meetings with customers, where you provide professional and service-oriented support in business, bidding, negotiation, and contract matters.
About You
You want to contribute to the company's growth and business goals by leading the bid team and project-managing bid processes with winning strategies, as well as administering bids independently – but also through your personality. You are a person who wants to make a difference!
We offer you a place in the heart of one of Sweden's largest service companies. The culture is commercial, professional, and inclusive. We are driven by a shared passion for sales and business, where the attitude is that we win and lose as a team.
The sales team you are part of collaborates broadly with many people within the company, which is why we are looking for a person with the following abilities:
- Communicative: You must clearly communicate and sell your strategies and bids to decision-makers.
- Social: We value that you offer yourself and at least a laugh a day.
- Analytical: You turn conditions inside out to find the best solution.
- Creative: You always look for solutions rather than problems.
- Business-driven: You are passionate about making good business deals and can work towards set goals.
- Meticulous: You are a meticulous person who gladly dives into the bid documents coming from our potential customers. But precision in the administration of our business systems is equally important.
- Flexible: You can quickly switch between different tasks and are good at both listening and speaking.
- Team-oriented: You put the team before the self.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, you must have an eye for detail and never leave anything to chance. You like to work structured in business processes. We believe you have experience within Facility Management or the B2B service sector, either as a supplier or a purchaser within public operations.
Furthermore, we believe you can/have:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the bid team.
- Plan and distribute tasks.
- Ensure that the new sales process is followed.
- Handle deviations and solve problems in daily operations.
- Follow up on results and contribute to improvement work.
- Be a role model and create a positive work environment.
- Very good knowledge of LOU and the public procurement process.
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
- Great at layout and presentation techniques.
- Understand the importance of dialogue and communication.
- Several years of experience in public sales.
- Strong knowledge in project management.
We offer both health benefits and social activities. That you enjoy your workplace is very important to us – we work together through both good and bad times.
The position is full-time and located in Danderyd or Malmö. We have collective agreements and apply a probationary period. For questions about the position, contact our Commercial Director Ann-Charlotte Ekwall at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). Start date according to agreement, preferably as soon as possible. Warmly welcome with your application!
In connection with this recruitment, we have taken a stand regarding recruitment channels and therefore decline further offers of competence mediation, advertising, and recruitment assistance.
