Pärlans Konfektyr is on an exciting growth journey and is now looking for a salesperson who wants to make our caramel accessible to even more Stockholmers. About Us
At Pärlans Konfektyr, we cook caramel and caramel sauce in the classic way with butter, cream, and sugar. The first caramel was sold in December 2010, and near Nytorget on Södermalm, you will find our shop and original small kitchen, which is now a popular soft-serve ice cream bar. Today, our factory and office are located in the Slakthusområdet area south of Stockholm. Sales take place through our shop, own webshop, and a network of resellers in Sweden and internationally. Last year, we had a turnover of nearly 27 million SEK, and this year we expect to increase by approx. 20 %.
We are a company where quality, precision, and pride in execution permeate the entire operation – from production to the meeting with the customer.
About the Job
You are responsible for our existing customers in the Stockholm area and help them succeed with the right assortment, exposure, and inspiration in-store. You visit customers, participate in fairs, events, and in-store demos, and build long-term relationships with the people behind the business.
At the same time, you are always looking for new opportunities. You identify new shops and partners and ensure that even more people get to discover the world's best caramels.
About You
You are a relationship builder with a feel for business and have worked in sales for a number of years. Experience in selling premium products to the grocery trade is an advantage but not a requirement. You have high energy, are opportunity-oriented, and take many initiatives yourself.

The position is full-time with a base from our office in Slakthusområdet. Pärlans Konfektyr has a collective agreement, and we would like you to be on-site during the autumn.
