About the role

As a Sales Executive, you play a key role in the company's growth. With a focus on new customer acquisition, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation and closing. Your task is to establish and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers such as HR Directors, CEOs, and CFOs, offering innovative solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct needs analyses and build trust-based relationships with decision-makers.
  • Drive the entire sales process – from first contact to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to ensure customer-specific solutions and business success.
  • Report to your direct manager and actively contribute to the team's shared goals.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales and has worked with the entire sales process.
  • Is accustomed to processing new customers and building long-term relationships.
  • Has experience in service sales or complex SaaS solutions.
  • Is result-oriented and loves closing deals with satisfied customers.
  • Has a structured and organized work style in a fast-paced environment.
