We are now looking for a Sales Director / Head of Enterprise Sales for our client Roboyo!

Roboyo is now looking for a Sales Director / Head of Enterprise Sales with a clear mandate to accelerate growth in Sweden and the Nordics.

About the role

As Sales Director/Head of Enterprise Sales, you have overall responsibility for driving Roboyo's business in Sweden, with a focus on new customers, pipeline, and larger enterprise deals.

This is an operational and business-driven role where you lead from the front in sales, while simultaneously building structure, teams, and working methods to scale the business.

You drive complex deals in the range of 5–10+ M SEK, often involving 5–10 decision-makers, where you need to be able to translate advanced technical solutions into clear business value.

Your mission

  • Build, develop, and close a strong pipeline targeting larger companies (1–10 B SEK in revenue)
  • Drive new customer acquisition and develop strategic accounts
  • Lead complex business processes from initial dialogue to closed deal
  • Navigate decision-makers on both the business and technical sides (C-level, IT, operations)
  • Clarify ROI and business benefits in all customer dialogues
  • Establish structure for pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-up
  • Build and develop a high-performing sales team over time
  • Work closely with the delivery organization to ensure relevant and scalable offerings

The business is built on both project deliveries and long-term customer relationships where Roboyo is involved from strategy to implementation and ongoing management.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for you who are extremely commercial, business-driven, and experienced in winning complex deals.

You likely have:

  • Documented experience in selling larger and complex B2B deals
  • Background in tech, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation
  • Strong ability to drive deals with multiple decision-makers
  • Experience in building pipeline and working structured with sales
  • Ability to combine business understanding with technical understanding
  • Natural gravitas in dialogue with senior decision-makers
  • A clear “hunter mentality” with strong self-drive
