Bergeforsen School is a K-6 General and Adapted Primary School – where everyone can thrive, develop, and feel joy in work. Here, preschool class, primary school, adapted primary school, and after-school care collaborate. There are currently around 200 students at the school. The many different activities are well integrated so that all children and adults feel a sense of belonging and community.

We believe in creating a safe, educational, and joyful everyday life for students in preschool class and lower primary school. Do you want to be involved from the start of a preschool class and follow the students through to year 3? We know that a good start, where early interventions and well-planned teaching have great significance for all students' development, is crucial.

You will be part of a work team centered around the students, together with an after-school teacher, and collaborate with the student health service. You play a key role in creating a structured and adapted environment that promotes safety and learning.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching.
• Using varied and inclusive teaching methods that meet the needs of all students.
• Active mentoring and close, trust-based collaboration with guardians.
• Collaborating in work teams with your closest colleague in the class and driving pedagogical development forward.
