Responsibilities

Your task will be to lead and drive the pedagogical work in the leisure center together with other educators, based on the curriculum and other governing documents.

As a leisure center educator, you will play a key role in daily operations. With a conscious approach, you will enable children to discover and develop their abilities in a comprehensive manner. A crucial part of the job is ensuring that every child is seen and feels they have a rightful place at the school and leisure center.

You are responsible for providing children with a learning environment that is educational, challenging, meaningful, creative, and exciting. Together with your colleagues, you will engage in an ongoing pedagogical dialogue, driven by a desire to change, deepen, and develop.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a license as a leisure center educator or a teacher with a specialization in leisure centers.

We would appreciate if you have previous experience working with groups of children. You have a positive attitude and an interest in developing work methods, as well as sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues.

In our municipality, several positions are classified for security reasons, so security clearance may be required. These positions may require Swedish citizenship.
