Now is the opportunity to become part of our wonderful team at Älvstrandens Preschool!

Älvstrandens Preschool is divided into 4 houses, surrounded by pine trees and blueberry bushes in the heart of the Arena area in Sörberge. Inside the houses, the children are grouped into smaller units for most of the day, and we work with age-segregated groups to offer activities that contribute to learning and development.

The outdoor environment is unique, with plenty of space to actively work with health and well-being.

At the preschool, we place great emphasis on a safe and inviting environment so that education forms a whole of care, development, and learning.

The children are given opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities through play, exploration, interaction, and teaching.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified preschool teacher
• Are well-versed in the preschool's mission according to the curriculum, the Education Act, and current regulatory documents
• Have the ability to organize and drive pedagogical development work
• Are engaged, curious, and happy to share experiences and knowledge
• Have a professional approach towards children, colleagues, and guardians
• See the value in collegial learning
• Are confident in pedagogical documentation and systematic quality work
