Manpower is now looking for an HR Administrator for Epiroc. We are looking for you who enjoy administration, easily adapt to new systems and processes, and thrive in a coordinating role where structure, service, and quality are in focus.
The assignment starts on August 3rd and lasts for at least six months, with good opportunities for extension.
About the role
As an HR Administrator, you will become an important part of Epiroc's Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with recruiters and be responsible for ensuring that the administrative part of the recruitment and employment process runs smoothly and maintains high quality. The position is based at Epiroc in Örebro, and the work is performed on-site at the office. This is not a hybrid role, meaning you will work onsite five days a week.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Administer employment contracts and other HR documentation
- Register and update information in various HR systems
- Ensure that personnel administration is correct and follows current procedures
- Provide administrative support to recruiters throughout the entire recruitment and employment process
- Coordinate administrative activities related to recruitment and onboarding
- Handle multiple administrative processes in parallel and work towards set deadlines
- Contribute to efficient working methods and a well-functioning HR administration
We are looking for someone who
- Has a post-secondary education in HR, Human Resources, or similar
- Has experience in administrative and coordinating tasks, preferably within HR, recruitment, or staffing
- Has a basic understanding of how a recruitment process works – from need to employment
- Has very good computer skills and can quickly adapt to new digital tools and working methods
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Communicates very well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Works carefully, structurally, and with high quality
